At Bureau Brutal we offer a personalisation service with most orders - including personalized products - produced and shipped out within 6-8 working days.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

Depending on when you order your Bureau Brutal product you will receive it via Express Shipping within 6-8 working days (BeNeLux). After your order has been personalized you will receive a tracking link that allows you to follow your package.

NOTE: Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. For Christmas delivery updates: check the homepage banner.

Orders are picked up by DPD/POST NL on Monday and Friday, packages will be delivered from Monday till Friday (no weekend delivery). Depending on how busy it is we will ship either on Monday or Friday, please keep in mind that we need time to carefully personalize your chosen product.

PICK-UP IN BRUGGE, BELGIUM

Optional - If you'd like to pick-up your order at our office please send us an e-mail before ordering at hello@bureaubrutal.com. Depending on how busy it is this service is not always available. Not all products are available for pick-up.

COLLECT OPTION

Don't worry if no one is home at the time of delivery -DPD/POST NL will hand it over to one of the preferred recipients or you will be able to collect it in a pick-up point. The postman will leave you a note on where to collect your parcel. Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package. You will be able to track your parcel through the DPD/ POST NL website.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at hello@bureaubrutal.com and we'll update you on your order's progress.

INSURANCE

Bureau Brutal insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, DPD/POST NL will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with DPD/POST NL, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and Bureau Brutal no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
